About Layan Life by Anantara
Layan Life is the longevity and wellness retreat of Anantara Layan Phuket Resort, on the quiet northwest coast near Bang Tao. It joins diagnostics and integrative medicine with Thai Traditional Medicine, holistic therapies and a well-equipped gym, thermal pools and saunas. Six programmes of three to ten nights, from Detox to Longevity for Life, begin with a consultation and a body scan and include meals and accommodation; Detox for Life starts at 99,000 baht per person. Single treatments and day experiences are sold without a retreat. Guests must be 16 or older.

- Booking
Booking ahead is recommended to secure consultations and treatments; cancelling at least seven days ahead is refunded, later cancellations cost 50 %.

Comfortable resort wear; swimwear in the Vitality Pool area, robes and slippers provided in the treatment areas.

Designed for guests aged 16 and over; younger guests can use the resort and its Kids’ Club.

On the northwest coast, about 25 minutes from Phuket International Airport; private transfers on request.

A Technogym gym, hot and cold plunge pools, cryotherapy, IV therapy and colon hydrotherapy, with doctors and clinical staff on site.
