FAQ for agents
Joining, what you earn, when you are paid and how your clients stay yours.
Joining
Create a free account and request the agent role. Give your company name (or say you work independently) and where you physically work.
No. We may ask for proof that you work as an agent.
Nothing: no subscription, no fee per lead and no fee to send a selection. The Platform earns on the signed deal and pays you half of the commission the owner pays, whether you or our staff handle the client.
Yes. There is no exclusivity, no minimum number of deals and no notice period, and the agent role is not removed for inactivity.
Yes. The selection, the chat and the commission do not need you on the island, and a reviewed home is booked from its calendar without a viewing. Say where you physically work when you request the agent role.
Earnings
Half of the commission the owner pays, on every rental or sale of your client — whether you or our staff handle the client.
Within 3 working days after we receive the client's payment — in cash at our office or to a bank account in Thailand. There is no minimum.
The 50 % booking payment of a short stay is non-refundable, so your commission on it stands. Commission is paid only on money we actually receive.
You do. You work independently, not as our employee.
Your clients
No. Your client sees your contacts across the Platform, not ours, and cannot contact us directly. We never send your client marketing.
Everything your client does on the Platform — opening a selection, saving a home, wanting to book — appears in your cabinet automatically.
For good. A client is attached to the agent who actually worked with them.
We decide from the records on the Platform — selections, messages and their dates.
Yes, if you are the agent who worked with that client.
Homes and bookings
Every home carries its own availability calendar, kept current by the owner or by our team. A home our team has reviewed is booked at once from that calendar; a request for any other home is confirmed within 24 hours, or it expires.
Yes. Your client chooses the currency once, in the site's header, and every price on every page follows it at the day's rate; the agreement itself is written in Thai baht.
Rules
No. Agents never take payments for homes. Clients pay us, or the owner for long stays, as written in the agreement.
No. Owners' contacts are not shown, and deals around the Platform lead to suspension.
