A coworking space on Rawai's beachfront road with a sea view, split into a quiet focus area, a relaxed zone and a café, with soft seats outside. Passes run from an hour to a month, with phone booths, a small private office and an eight-seat meeting room by the hour, and weekly business and social events for the community. Mondays are kept for members.

One private meeting room for up to eight people, THB 500 an hour; weekly and monthly plans include one or two free hours a week.

THB 200 an hour, 300 for two hours, 500 a day; a week is 1,750 (standard) or 2,500 (premium), ten days within a month 3,500 or 4,500, a month 5,000 or 7,500; paying three to twelve months ahead saves 10–20%.

On the Rawai beachfront road, across from the beach; many seats look out to sea.

Passes from an hour to a month at the desk; a tour can be booked through the site. Mondays are for members only.

Free printing (up to 20 pages a day), self-serve coffee, tea and water.
