Its co-working space is open around the clock, and non-guests buy a day pass (THB 600) or a monthly or yearly membership that also opens the gym and the rooftop pool; meeting pods are booked in the HOMA app. Serviced apartments run from studios to a 125 m² three-bedroom, with a full calendar of community events.
