Royal Wellness Spa sits on the third floor of the Royal Phuket City Hotel in Phuket Town and is open to anyone, with an extra discount for the hotel's guests. It is a calm, private and unhurried place with neat rooms. The focus is traditional Thai massage with manual-therapy techniques: palms, elbows and knees on tension points, stretching, and pressure that is deep but controlled. The menu adds aromatherapy, warm-oil sports massage, body scrubs, combined packages and a recovery collection for travellers. Tea, light refreshments and a shower follow the treatment. It opens daily 10:00–23:00.

Traditional Thai massage leaning toward manual-therapy techniques: palms, elbows and knees on tension points, targeted pressure with stretching, the body treated area by area.
Strong and deep but controlled pressure, or a pressing technique without rubbing for sensitive or sunburnt skin; ask in advance for lighter pressure if you prefer very gentle work.
Aromatherapy, warm-oil sports massage, body scrubs and packages such as Royal Delight (scrub and massage), Energizing Plus and signature combinations with back and facial massage; focused back-and-shoulder sessions and longer programmes.
A travel recovery collection for jet lag, screen fatigue, sightseeing and sports, among them Office Syndrome Relief (neck, shoulders and back with a scalp massage and a warm eye compress), Posture Revival and Voyage Reset (lymphatic drainage with a warm eye compress).
