Quan Spa is the spa of the Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa on Mai Khao Beach, in the quiet north of the island, far from the crowds. Its signature is a hot sand massage with herb-steeped sand pouches, inspired by the beach outside; the wider menu covers Thai massage, hot stones, aromatherapy, scrubs, wraps, facials, herbal baths and even treatments for children. A steam room, a relaxation lounge and a water courtyard complete the visit. Visitors who are not staying may book, by appointment.
