Phuket Cleanse is an all-inclusive wellness retreat in Rawai, owner-led since 2010, housed in a row of houses on one street rather than in a hotel. One nightly price covers the room, three meals a day, a full daily schedule of fitness, yoga, Muay Thai, breathwork and longevity sessions, three massages a week and daily use of the ice bath, saunas, float tank and red-light therapy. Nothing on the schedule is compulsory and there is no minimum stay, though ten to fourteen days is what it suggests. Rates are quoted in US dollars, from 280 a night for one person in low season.

A daily schedule to choose from, nothing compulsory: strength, HIIT, aqua fitness, hikes, Muay Thai, yoga, meditation, breathwork, emotional-detox work and longevity sessions.
Every stay includes three meals a day with juices, daily laundry, the whole class schedule, three massages per seven nights, one private Muay Thai session a week and all recovery facilities.
Age Backwards, a longevity programme of education, regenerative fitness and biological-age testing; Superhuman sessions of breathwork and consciousness work.
No minimum stay; the retreat calls 10 to 14 days the ideal length.

Houses on a single street rather than a hotel, with rooms in five categories from Standard to Supreme-Plus, each different; a solo guest has the room alone at the single rate.
