Chivitr is a boutique wellness retreat on a green hillside above Nai Harn Lake in Rawai, a few minutes' walk from Nai Harn Beach. Its programmes blend Ayurvedic, Traditional Chinese and Thai medicine with physiotherapy, electro-lymphatic therapy, hydrotherapy and yoga. Retreats run three, five or seven nights, or are designed to order from a health questionnaire, and include the suite, full board, treatments, classes and airport transfers. The grounds hold a warm magnesium pool, herbal steam and infrared saunas and a yoga pavilion. It publishes no prices.

A stay includes the suite, full board, a health consultation, body treatments, Thai and Chinese medicine, yoga, aquacise, gym training, electro-lymphatic therapy, saunas, watsu, cooking classes and airport transfers.
The three-night retreat: a physiotherapy assessment, sunrise yoga, electro-lymphatic sessions, herbal steam and infrared sauna, Thai, oriental and herbal-compress massage, and a closing nature walk.
It recommends seven nights to a month for lasting results.
