A long-standing Southern Thai favourite on the main road at Lam Kaen, south of Khao Lak, with a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand. The room was recently renovated, with high curved ceilings, woven lamps and wooden furniture, and stays lively. Portions are generous and the flavours bold: the Guide recommends the pork ribs in fermented black bean sauce, and asking what the day's catch is. Open daily from 10 am to 10:30 pm.
