Two head chefs share the kitchen, one Thai and one Western, so the menu runs from creative Thai fusion to Mediterranean dishes: hot crab soufflé, Massaman lamb shank, rock lobster Thermidor, and deep-fried coconut ice cream to finish. The cellar holds more than 750 wines and has won Wine Spectator awards for years. Tables are best booked ahead.
