A Bib Gourmand Southern Thai eatery on the main road at Khuk Khak, recognisable by its sand-covered floor. The cooking is robust and properly spicy; the whiteboard lists the specials of the day, usually the fresh catch and what is in season, and a plate of fresh vegetables with tai pla sauce comes free. Dishes are cooked to order, so order everything at once. Lunch and an early dinner; closed on the 10th, 20th and 30th of the month.
