关于Juumpo
A family-recipe restaurant on the ground floor of Hotel Gahn on the main road at Khuk Khak, in the MICHELIN Guide's Phang Nga selection. Juumpo keeps the cooking of the Baba, the Chinese-Thai families of the Andaman coast: the name was the owner's grandfather's, a cook on a Chinese boat more than 80 years ago. Try the Baba coconut-milk soup with shrimp and herbs, the shrimp chilli dip and the sweet-and-sour fried fish. The room is open-air, dressed in Sino-Portuguese style; lunch from 11 am, and Google Maps shows a dinner sitting too.
