A restaurant in Trivananda's Community House in Thalang that cooks from what grows and swims nearby: the chefs pick herbs and vegetables from the garden, and the seafood comes from local island fishermen. À la carte runs all day, but the lunchtime Jampa Experience is the way to taste its seasonal, natural flavours; on Saturdays a four-course lunch is cooked over a wood fire by the lake, and a plant-forward menu suits vegetarians. In the MICHELIN Guide; open 12:00–22:00, closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
