Its all-inclusive retreats combine the room, healthy meals and a personal programme: detox in three forms, a spa retreat, stress and burnout recovery, gut health, yoga, weight management and fitness; the spa, burnout and gut-health retreats run 5 to 14 nights. The spa, with sea-view rooms and a Thai hammam, also takes visitors not staying, and a day pass opens the infinity pool and the beach.
