Phkt.Rent is run by Prestige Phuket Properties Co., Ltd., a Thai company (Tax ID 0835568016928), directed by Sakshi Rajput. The office is at Boat Avenue, Bang Tao, open Monday–Saturday, 10:00–20:00 Phuket time (GMT+7); closed on Sunday. We answer every message within 1 working day.
The agents' working tool
The site is the main working tool of the agents who rent out homes in Phuket: the catalog, the selections they send to their clients, the viewings and the bookings. A renter here books from an agent's selection.
An agent's client stays the agent's client — on both of our sites, with no time limit. The client sees the agent's contacts, never the company's; the client's actions appear in the agent's cabinet. The company never works with an agent's client directly and sends them no marketing. An agent is independent, not an employee; the commission is paid within 3 working days, with no minimum.
What we do for owners
Listing a home is free. Our staff inspect every property in person before its first rental, and an owner's contacts are never shown on the site. Descriptions are translated into English, Russian, Thai and Chinese, and the calendar syncs with Airbnb, Booking.com and other platforms.
For a short stay the company collects the payment, keeps its commission and pays the owner within 3 working days after the funds are credited.
