Big C Place Phuket

A big hypermarket with a small mall wrapped around it, on the bypass road in Phuket Town, where local families have done the weekly shop for decades. A long renovation renamed it Big C Place Phuket: a Thai-market lane of takeaway food stalls now runs along the front, and the supermarket at the back, Big C Foodplace, looks more like a Bangkok food hall. Open daily 08:00–22:00, with a covered car park on several levels.
