A young Italian couple's restaurant on Wiset Road in Rawai, named after their initials: Nicolò learned in his family's kitchens near Lake Garda, Beatrice in her grandmother's pastry shop. Pasta is made fresh every day and the bread in-house — try the pork cheeks with polenta or the Wagyu tagliata with Gorgonzola — and Beatrice's desserts close the meal, the red-apple "Beatrice" above all. The couple often come to the table themselves.
