The evening begins with a cocktail on the rooftop and moves down to the dining room for a tasting menu of modern French cooking led by seafood, with Asian touches: carabinero prawn with tomato, blue lobster with a laksa. It is listed in the MICHELIN Guide and opens every evening from 16:00.
