Star Mountain Sunset Restaurant

A small café on the hill near the Big Buddha, with tables on a terrace facing west over Karon Bay. The menu is simple — coffee, iced matcha, smoothies, cocktails and Thai dishes such as pad thai — and the reason to come is the view; it is easy to stay longer than planned. Sunset gives the best light over the bay, but the terrace is pleasant during the day too.
