Booking by request vs instant booking

Homes on the Platform can be booked in two ways. The listing shows which one applies.
Booking by request
- You choose your dates and send a booking request. Nothing is charged yet.
- The owner or our staff confirm or decline within 24 hours. If nobody answers in time, the request expires.
- Once confirmed, you have 24 hours to pay by card, or to send a bank transfer and share proof of it. The transfer must arrive within 3 working days.
- If payment does not arrive in time, the booking is cancelled and the dates are released.
Which homes: new homes still in our review, and homes where the owner confirms each booking.
Instant booking
- You choose your dates and pay online by card.
- Your booking is confirmed straight away.
Which homes: only homes our staff have reviewed and that we are authorised to confirm for the owner.
