About Aulis Phuket
Simon Rogan, the British chef behind L'Enclume, opened this chef's table in the gardens of Iniala Beach House in December 2023; it holds one MICHELIN star. Fifteen guests a night start with snacks in the lounge, then sit at the open kitchen while the cooks plate and explain a long tasting menu built on Thai farm and sea produce. Dinner runs Tuesday to Saturday from 18:30, it is for adults, and it shuts for the low season, in 2026 from mid-May to mid-November; book well ahead.
