ZIMA Spa & Wellness is a wood-fired Russian banya in Rawai, built as a real banya rather than a spa with a sauna attached: proper steam, venik brooms and professional steam masters. After the steam room come an ice plunge, a hammam, a hot Japanese onsen and a pool, then a Thai or oil massage and the restaurant. A three-hour entry costs 650 baht before 16:00 and 1,000 baht after; steaming programmes start at 1,500 baht. Closed on Mondays; Wednesday and Sunday are family days.
