PakponRelax is a small, unhurried sauna and massage place in Rawai, near Nai Harn, set around a traditional Thai house with a green courtyard. Its Thai-style steam room has zones of different heat, followed by a jacuzzi, a cool pool and, on some days, an ice plunge; it suits quiet mornings and weekdays best. The massages, from classic Thai to deep sports work, are a highlight, and a small bar serves ginger tea, coconuts and kvass. Sauna entry is about 120–180 baht; towel and sarong about 20 baht each.
