About Atmanjai Wellness Spa
Atmanjai is a detox and wellbeing centre on the beach at Friendship Beach in Rawai, looking over Chalong Bay, and has taken more than 10,000 guests since 2010. It runs four all-inclusive programmes: a gentle Eat Well detox, a Juice Cleanse with daily colon-cleansing therapies, a broth-based Ultra Cleanse and a fitness-led Health Reset, each with massage, steam, yoga and lectures. The detox programmes last three days at least and cost from 4,650 baht a day. Rooms are taken separately at the resort on site or at its sister hotel along the beach.
