Renters are met at the terminal's exit by a Budget representative holding a sign with their name and walked to the office, where the cars are kept; after the return, staff drive them back to the airport. A loss damage waiver is included, limiting what the renter owes to the standard excess, and a 5,000-baht deposit goes on a credit card.
