About The Charm Dining Gallery

A century-old shophouse on Dibuk Road, one of the Old Town's handsomest streets, restored as closely as possible to the original — the indoor well still stands in its open-air courtyard. The chef grew up in his family's food business and cooks its southern Thai and Peranakan recipes: stir-fried pork belly with herbs and sweet dark soy, and pork rib soup with tofu and salted fish. Fairly priced and a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand, it makes a good end to a walk round the old town. Open 11:00–21:00, closed on Wednesday.
