About O Cha Rot
A noodle shop in the Old Town behind a white façade with a red sign, whose Thai name in gold letters simply says "delicious". The menu is short — a couple of soups, a choice of noodles, beef balls and slices in a fragrant bone broth — and you season your bowl from the chilli, vinegar and fish sauce on the table. Cheap and in the MICHELIN Guide; open daily 07:00–15:00, but come early as it runs out.
