About Cava Bien Marché

A French bistro and deli in a deep old shophouse on Dibuk Road, modelled on a Bordeaux Sunday market: hams hang over a counter of cheeses and cold cuts, and the open-air well in the middle holds a small garden. The Iron Chef Thailand behind the kitchen cooks bistro classics with fine-dining care — onion soup, snails in garlic butter, a foie-gras crème brûlée, aged tenderloin or tournedos Rossini — and the set menus are the easy way in.
