About Phuket Animal Quarantine Station
Phuket's animal quarantine station belongs to the Department of Livestock Development and works at the airport in Mai Khao. Anyone flying into, out of or through Thailand with a pet or another live animal, or with meat, milk, eggs or other animal products, needs a permit and declares at its office in the international terminal, in front of baggage claim 1; the station itself sits on the 2nd floor of the Phuket Cargo Terminal.
