The signature is beef fat fried rice, jasmine rice cooked in halal wagyu fat under seared steak and a cured egg yolk; khao soi, beef rib soup and Southern Thai curries follow, and the Southern Thai tea comes with coconut ice cream and a little mortar of peanuts. No alcohol. Open 8 am to 10 pm, closed on Sundays.
