About Phuketique Coffee Bar

A blue-and-yellow corner on the fountain circle where several Old Town streets meet, often spotted by its queue before its sign. The thing to order is the burnt butter toast the shop has made since 2018: a thick slice soaked in butter and sugar, fried one pan at a time until crisp and golden, then topped with a scoop of ice cream — Hokkaido milk, Madagascar vanilla, honeycomb toffee and more. The coffee is made properly, but the toast is the reason to come. The room is small: a quick sweet stop rather than a long sit.
