The sunset bar of The Pavilions Phuket, at the highest point of the resort on the hill inland from Layan, with a wide view over the treetops to the Andaman Sea. It opens at five for cocktails as the sun goes down and serves dinner until ten, while the bar stays open until eleven. Its own site offers half price on selected drinks between 19:30 and 20:30; tables are booked through the resort or its Instagram account.
