About Bang Neow Shrine
A busy Chinese shrine at the Bang Neow crossroads on Phuket Road, dedicated to the mother of the Nine Emperor Gods. First built in 1904 and rebuilt after a fire, it serves the town's Chinese-Thai community all year and is one of the largest venues of the Phuket Vegetarian Festival.
