The beach-road restaurant of the DoubleTree by Hilton in Patong, open to anyone from noon to midnight — a late lunch, sunset drinks or dinner after the beach. The room is bright with striped chairs and hanging ferns, and the terrace roof slides back when the weather allows. The menu is built for mixed tables: a green curry, a margherita and a wagyu burger can share it, and eggs and bacon are served until 5 pm.
