About The Farmer and The Fisherman
The Phuket member of the Ginger Farm Kitchen family, which began in Chiang Mai, in the open-air Porto de Phuket mall at the gate of Laguna. The menu leans on fish and seafood as the name promises: deep-fried Phuket barracuda with crisp turmeric and garlic, a tom yum paella with mussels, prawns and squid, a fisherman's platter, alongside grilled meat and salads. Mains run from about 600 to 1,000 THB. It opens daily from 11:00 to 23:00.
