About Sears & Co. Bar and Grill
A modern grill house in front of the Four Points by Sheraton, with a leafy terrace across the road from Patong Beach and a cool room inside around a long bar and an open charcoal grill. Steaks are the heart of it — rib eye, picanha, a 1.2 kg tomahawk to share — with grilled Phuket lobster and sea bass; the Thai side is unusually local for a hotel, from Phuket yellow curry to grilled pork cheek. Phuket-brewed Chalawan Pale Ale is on tap.
