A Phuket Town breakfast favourite for more than 35 years: a small Thai-Muslim shop on Chaofa Road where the roti dough is stretched thin by hand and cooked until golden and crisp outside, fluffy inside. Eat it sweet or with curry — the tangy beef massaman is the Guide's favourite — or order the Thai-style chicken biryani. Cheap and a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand. Open 06:30–13:30, closed on Monday.
