About PRU

The restaurant of the Trisara resort, on the hillside above Nai Thon Beach, and the only one on Phuket with a MICHELIN star. There is no à la carte: dinner is a tasting menu of about eight courses, lunch on Friday and Saturday a shorter one, each dish built around one Thai ingredient from the restaurant's own farm or a Thai producer. The room faces an open kitchen across a counter, with the sea behind it, and the evening begins with a drink in the lounge. It opens for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday; tables are booked online, and a vegetarian menu can be asked for when booking.
