The young kitchen aims to bring Melbourne to the Andaman: Andaman Sea seafood and Australian imports, cooked to order with bold flavours — fish tacos, charcoal-grilled calamari, crudo, aged giant trevally. In the MICHELIN Guide; dinner Monday, Thursday and Friday, lunch at the weekend, closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
