About Go La
A tiny noodle shop on Kra Road, run by the third generation of the same family, and one of the best places in town for Phuket's Hokkien fried noodles. The noodles come off a charcoal wok slightly charred, with dark soy, crispy pork, fish cake, greens and egg — ask for an extra egg to make them creamier, or swap in thin rice vermicelli. Dishes cost 60–100 THB, and despite the MICHELIN listing it still feels local. Open 11:00–20:00, closed on Monday.
