About Chom Chan
A small white house with a garden on Yaowarat Road, on the edge of Phuket Town, easy to drive past and well known to residents. It is One Chun's sister restaurant, from the same owner, and cooks Phuket-style southern Thai family recipes made for sharing; the orange curry soup with barramundi belly and green taro stems shows its sour, tamarind-led style. The rooms mix modern Sino-Portuguese design with antiques, and the bill stays light. In the MICHELIN Guide; open 10:00–22:00.
