About Bisou Phuket

The Phuket sister of Bisou, the Bangkok French restaurant on Langsuan known to the MICHELIN Guide, behind a green façade on the road into Bang Tao. Take a seat at the long marble counter facing the open kitchen, where the pans and the smell of butter are half the show, or a banquette at the back. Order the beef tartare on the bone and the sea-urchin pasta if they are on; the wine list is unusually good. Dinner only.
