About Bincho Izakaya
An izakaya in the M Social hotel inside Jungceylon, on the Bangla Road side that stays up late. The name is the method: binchotan, the white Japanese charcoal that burns hot with almost no smoke, under skewers of seafood, chicken and beef, while the sushi bar cuts sashimi to order. Sit at the counter to watch, order in small rounds, cold first and hot second, and try a sake flight. Open from noon to midnight.
