Banzaan Fresh Market

Patong's fresh market, behind Jungceylon on Sai Kor Road: a clean, bright hall whose ground floor is laid out in zones of fruit, vegetables, meat, fish and cooking ingredients, best visited in the morning. In the evening the streets around it turn into a large night market of street food. "Banzaan" is Hokkien for fresh market.
