About Kan's Haus Cafe and Bistro
One of the few places on Patong's beach road that is both a café and a beach bar. The front is on Thaweewong Road, a short walk from the beach end of Bangla Road; behind it a covered terrace opens straight onto the sand, with daybeds and armchairs looking over Patong Bay. It opens at 9:30 am for coffee and breakfast, serves Thai and international dishes through the day and stays open until about 1:30 am, with fire shows in the evening. Sunset is the busy hour.
