About Barra Cuda Beach Club
A large beach club on the sand in the middle of Patong, next to the Impiana hotel and a few minutes' walk from Bangla Road, opened in 2024. It is built around a wide semi-circular pool facing the sea, with tiers of white daybeds around it and a raised VIP lane through the middle; at its parties the shallow pool becomes the dance floor. Afternoons on a weekday are quiet, with soft music; after sunset the DJs take over and the crowd fills in. Every seat carries a minimum spend, highest on the front row and in the VIP area; the menu mixes Thai and Western dishes.
