Four all-inclusive programmes: Health Reset (fitness and stamina, a plant-and-protein diet), Eat Well (a light detox on plant food), Juice Cleanse (a medium detox on juices) and Ultra Cleanse (a broth-based fast); the detox programmes last at least 3 days.

The Juice Cleanse pairs juice fasting with daily colon-cleansing therapies, supplements, a daily massage and herbal steam, morning yoga, meditation classes and wellness lectures.

Health Reset adds a daily fitness class and afternoon yoga to the meals, massage and lectures, with an ice bath and a magnesium bath; it is meant for beginners.

Guests stay at the on-site Friendship Beach Resort or at the more upmarket sister hotel, Serenity Resort & Residences, 300 metres along the beach, at discounted rates.

Each of the four programmes from 4,650 baht a day; the room is booked on top, at a discount for programme guests.
