Aleenta's second restaurant on Natai Beach cooks with the seasons: produce from Phang Nga's farms and fish from the Andaman, much of it fermented, pickled or cured in its own kitchen. Dishes come as small plates to share, and you build your meal from three, five or seven of them, so the menu shifts as the harvest and the catch change.
