An Italian dining room at the Katathani resort on Kata Noi Road, where the lights are low and a pianist plays through dinner. Ask the staff for their picks: the ravioli trio with truffle and the blue-crab ravioli make good starters, followed by Black Angus tenderloin in pink pepper sauce or seared grouper with porcini cream.
