How it works for agents

1. Get the agent role

• Create a free account and request the agent role.
• Tell us your company name (or that you work independently) and where you physically work.
• We may ask for proof that you work as an agent.

2. Send selections

• Pick homes and send your client a selection link.
• Your client sees your contact details everywhere on the Platform — not ours.
• Your client cannot contact us directly, and we never contact your client or send them marketing.

3. Follow your client

• When your client opens a selection, saves a home or wants to book, it appears in your cabinet automatically.
• You stay in charge of the conversation and the booking.
• A client is attached to the agent who actually worked with them, with no time limit.

4. Earn

You earn half of the commission the owner pays on every rental or sale of your client, whether you or our staff handle the client.

• Paid within 3 working days after we receive the client's payment.
• In cash at our office or to a bank account in Thailand. No minimum.
• Paid only on money actually received. The 50 % booking payment of a short stay is non-refundable, so your commission on it stands even if the booking is cancelled.

5. A few rules

• Describe homes honestly and promise nothing beyond the listing.
• Never take payments from clients.
• Don't approach owners to make deals around us.
• Keep clients' data confidential.
